• BI occupancy application form (attached format)
• Business plan (attached format)
• Resume of the representative (with photo) and other company introduction materials
• Personal credit evaluation report of the representative (from agencies like NICE, All Credit)
• Consent form for personal/credit information collection/use/provision
• Total business registration details
• Startup business confirmation (if applicable)
• National and local tax payment certificates (last 2 years)
• Additional documents for businesses within 2 years of establishment (if applicable): Recent 2 years' financial statements (verified by CPA or tax accountant)
