Access to incubation spaces at Howard Hall (Doma-dong) and Daedeok Industry-Academic Cooperation Building (Gwanpyeong-dong), with varying rental fees based on space type and duration. Preferential treatment for social enterprises, veteran-owned businesses, and women-owned businesses.

Pre-founders or small/venture businesses established within the last 7 years in fields like biotech, IT, precision chemistry, and materials. Excludes certain industries like hospitality, finance, and real estate.
