Seongbuk ON Startup Education Program (2026)

Upon completion, participants receive a certificate from Kookmin University's Industry-Academic Cooperation Team, an opportunity to join the "Seongbuk ON Alley Connection Program" flea market event hosted by Seongbuk-gu Office, and a one-time exemption from document screening for follow-up programs by Vision Works Ventures.

Open to anyone (no regional, industry, or age restrictions), including students and general public, who wish to start a business in Seongbuk-gu. Early-stage startups (less than 3 years since establishment as of the announcement date) are also eligible.
