2026 Seongbuk-gu Middle-Aged and Senior Technology Startup Center Residency Program (2nd Round)

Free designated seating in a shared office, business registration support, expert mentoring, startup education, networking programs, free use of office equipment, and access to meeting and lecture rooms.

Applicants must be (pre-)founders aged 40 or older (or any age for up to 20% of seats) with innovative ideas, technology, or expertise. Pre-founders must register their business within 6 months of moving in, and existing businesses must relocate their headquarters within 3 months.
