Access to office spaces, shared facilities (meeting rooms, lounges, fitness center), and tailored support programs for startups. Networking opportunities via resident councils and priority for local business support initiatives.

Startups and enterprises with excellent technological capabilities, especially in strategic industries (mobility, AI, semiconductors, energy, healthcare, smart appliances) or new technology fields. Excludes restricted industries (e.g., polluting or hazardous sectors).

• Application form and business plan
• Corporate registration certificate (or personal registration for sole proprietors)
• Seal certificate (corporate or personal)
• Tax payment certificates (national and local)
• Financial statements (last 3 years, exempt for startups <1 year old)
• Social insurance enrollment list (last month)
• Proof of venture/InnoBiz certification (if applicable)
• Performance records (awards, patents, investments, etc.)

1. 1Review the official announcement and application form on the Gwangju Techno Park website.
2. 2Submit the application via email by the deadline (August 21, 2026, 17:00).
3. 3Wait for eligibility review and selection results (expected by late August 2026).
4. 4Sign the lease agreement within 14 days of selection notification.
5. 5Move into the facility within 30 days of signing the lease agreement.
