Support for technology verification through project application (Test Bed support) and commercialization for immediately applicable technologies. For technologies requiring joint development, support includes development funding and collaborative technology development.

Open to domestic SMEs, mid-sized companies, startups, universities/graduate schools, and industry-academic cooperation teams. Excludes projects/technologies already under discussion with Samsung EPC 3 companies.
