1. 1Submit the application online during the acceptance period (August 3, 2026, to September 2, 2026, 15:00).
2. 2Prepare and upload required documents as listed.
3. 3Undergo the three-stage evaluation process: document and interview review (September 3-18, 2026), on-site review (September 21-23, 2026), and comprehensive review (October 28-November 6, 2026).
4. 4Receive individual notification of results by November 13, 2026.
