Yes, with conditions
Foreigners are not excluded, but the announcement attaches requirements β residency, a Korean entity, a visa status or a partner. Read the conditions before you spend time on this.
Women residing in the Daegu area who are either pre-founders (not yet incorporated) or founders with a company age (years since establishment) of 3 years or less as of the announcement date. Those who have received commercialization funding from Dalgubeol Women's Workforce Development Center (Daegu Dalseo Saeil Center) within the last 3 years are ineligible, and overlapping applications with other Saeil Center commercialization projects in Daegu during the same period are not allowed.

- Commercialization funding: 3,000,000 KRW per person (7 people selected, total budget 21,000,000 KRW). A 10% self-funding contribution is required separately. - Linked support: startup-related business assistance through the women's startup community, and follow-up management (incubation, education, mentoring, networking, etc.). Eligible expense categories: prototype (MVP) production, intellectual property rights, design, advertising/promotion costs.
