The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.
Open to early-stage founders, re-founders, and any startup founder (incorporated or individual). Research institutes, general enterprises, and one-person creative enterprises are eligible. Company age: less than 1 year, less than 2 years, less than 3 years, less than 5 years, less than 7 years, or less than 10 years. No exclusion criteria. Age limit: 20+ to 39 or 40+. Note: This is a private-sector program, not run by MSS or KISED.
