Youth aged 19-39 (born between January 3, 1986, and January 2, 2007) who are pre-founders or early-stage founders (SMEs/sole proprietors, any industry) residing in Chungcheongnam-do. Consulting benefits are limited to pre-founders planning to start businesses in 'livelihood industries' (food, lodging, wholesale/retail, services, manufacturing) or founders who started such businesses after 2026.
