Pre-founders or businesses incorporated less than 3 years ago. Preference given to businesses located in Seongbuk-gu or with representatives residing in Seongbuk-gu.

• Occupancy application and business plan (common)
• Business registration copy (common)
• Proof of tax payment (common)
• Sales and employment verification (common)
• Other performance proofs (IP rights, certifications, funding agreements, etc.) (common)
• For sole proprietors: ID copy, seal certificate
• For corporations: financial statements, corporate registry copy, corporate seal certificate
