Lease of manufacturing/office space in the Cheongju Future Nuriteo center. 7 units available (sizes from ~136 m² to ~236 m²). Monthly rent ranges from approximately 614,250 KRW to 1,751,833 KRW plus management fees (approx. 284,500–492,333 KRW/month). Utilities billed separately. Access to shared facilities: business center, conference rooms, lounge, and tenant support programs (networking events, educational/meeting rooms). Initial 3-year lease with possible 2-year extensions.

Open to incorporated businesses (corporations) and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing, knowledge-based industries, or ICT. Must meet the business-type requirements under the Act on Industrial Cluster Development and Factory Establishment. Prohibited businesses include plating/painting, odor/heavy-pollutant emitters (e.g., leather, dyeing, paper, petrochemicals, tire manufacturing, steel, cement), and businesses restricted under the Special Act on R&D Zones. Applicants with poor credit standing or those currently suspended/closed are ineligible. Equipment floor-load limits apply (e.g., 600 kg/m² on floors 2–5). Evaluation score of at least 60 out of 100 is required for selection.
