Open to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in manufacturing, knowledge-based industries, ICT, and related sectors. Priority given to businesses in 4th industrial revolution fields, smart electronics, fashion, bio-health, and regional specialty industries.

• Employee insurance records
• Seal certificate (if applicable)
• Proof of additional qualifications (e.g., venture certification)
• Proof of institution type (for public or non-profit entities)

1. 1Download the application form from the Cheongju Future Nuri Tower website (www.cjmn.or.kr).
2. 2Submit the completed application form along with required documents via email (koida@koida.or.kr) or in person at the Cheongju Future Nuri Tower office.
3. 3Wait for the selection committee's review and approval.
4. 4Sign the lease agreement within 30 days of approval and complete the move-in within 60 days.
