Foreign-owned companies or non-Korean entities registered in Gimhae are not explicitly excluded; the announcement does not restrict nationality, so foreign entrepreneurs meeting the company-age and location criteria are eligible.

- Partial support for patent agent fees: up to KRW 750,000 (50% of agent fee, VAT excluded) per company, covering one patent/utility model application. - The patent application is filed through a partner patent firm designated by accelerator RAKO. - VAT, KIPRO (Korean Intellectual Property Office) official fees, and priority examination costs are NOT covered (borne by the company). - Companies that are tenants or graduates of the Gimhae Senior Technology Startup Center in 2026 may additionally receive partial reimbursement of their burden (up to KRW 750,000, first-come basis) if they meet the Center's eligibility criteria.
