Technology matching, business model mentoring, investment networking, and up to 15 million KRW in technology transfer fees for selected companies achieving milestones (investment attraction or technology transfer completion).

Pre-founders or companies within 7 years of establishment (as of April 13, 2026) utilizing public technology from Daejeon-based universities or government-funded research institutes. Companies outside Daejeon must establish a legal entity in Daejeon before agreement signing.
