Foreigners are not excluded, but the announcement attaches requirements โ residency, a Korean entity, a visa status or a partner. Read the conditions before you spend time on this.
Open to startups (including pre-founders and incorporated/individual businesses) headquartered or with a branch/research lab/factory in Daegu or Gyeongbuk, with a company age of 7 years or less. Companies may participate only once per half-year. Selection is on a first-come, first-served basis after eligibility review.

One-on-one investment consultation with angel investors (individual investors, GP of individual investment associations, AC, TIPS operators, etc.), follow-on investment linkage (IR, etc.), and pre-event investor matching. Each participating company receives two 1:1 investment consultation sessions per session.
