Applicants must be aged 39 or younger (born after January 1, 1987) and either pre-founders or founders within 3 years (since February 2023). Pre-founders must not have a business registration under their name and must reside in Incheon. Existing founders must have their business located in Incheon and founded within the last 3 years.
