Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in eligible industries as per the Dongtan Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex Management Plan, with company age not exceeding 7 years since establishment.

1. 1Check eligibility based on the announcement criteria.
2. 2Submit required documents including lease application form, business registration certificate, corporate registration certificate, tax payment certificates, and factory registration certificate (if applicable).
3. 3Pay the initial deposit (20% of the lease amount) to the designated account.
4. 4Visit the LH Gyeonggi Southern Regional Headquarters to sign the lease agreement.
5. 5Submit a copy of the industrial complex occupancy agreement within 10 days of signing the lease agreement.
