The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.
Open to individuals from companies, institutions, universities, and other organizations related to the Chungju bio-health industry. External (non-Chungju) organizations that can contribute to the Council's operations are also eligible.

Members participate in: sector-specific meetings (pharmaceuticals/bio, medical devices, food, cosmetics) to discuss issues, form consortia for joint projects, and solve technology challenges through exchange networks; and industry-academia-research-government exchange meetings including introductions to Chungju bio-industry status, sharing of corporate support programs, and expert seminars on the latest trends. The Council runs an annual exchange meeting (planned for H2 2026) and ongoing operating/subcommittee meetings.
