Online legal consultation services provided by lawyers from the 'Startup One-Stop Support Center' advisory group. Maximum support of 3 million KRW per company (up to 1 million KRW per application).

Pre-founders and startups (incorporated or sole proprietors) with a focus on technology-based entrepreneurship. Companies in simple retail, distribution, or café operations are excluded.

• Consultation application form (online input).
• Consent form for personal information collection, use, and third-party provision.
• Business registration certificate (for sole proprietors).
• Corporate registration certificate (for incorporated businesses).

1. 1Register as a member on the K-Startup website (www.k-startup.go.kr).
2. 2Access the 'One-Stop Support Center' on the K-Startup website.
3. 3Select 'Online Consultation Request' and choose 'In-depth Consultation'.
4. 4Select 'Legal' as the consultation category and submit the required documents.
