2026 Pangyo Techno Valley Tenant Employee Rental Deposit Support Program

Interest-free rental deposit loan of up to KRW 30 million per person (minimum unit: KRW 10 million); maximum 5 employees per company; support period up to 4 years (initial 2 years + renewable 2 years); rental housing with a lump-sum deposit (jeonse) of up to KRW 500 million; 100% reimbursement of the performance guarantee insurance issuance fee.

Applicant company must be an SME or mid-sized company located in 1st or 2nd Pangyo Techno Valley. Employee applicants must be aged 39 or younger, be a non-homeowner, and have moved into Gyeonggi Province on or after August 1, 2025. The sole proprietor/CEO of a one-person company is excluded from support.
