4. 44. Navigate to 'Startup Support' > 'Startup Competition' > 'Application for Competition'.
5. 55. Select 'Innovation Icon 16th Batch Recruitment' and click 'Apply'.
6. 66. Complete the customer information usage consent form (requires corporate and individual digital certificates).
7. 77. Fill out the application form, upload required documents, and submit.
