Open to both domestic companies and foreign-invested companies that meet the occupancy qualifications under the Act on Agglomeration and Factory Establishment. "Startup (BI) companies" must be SMEs established within the last 7 years (from business commencement date to application date). "Growth (POST-BI) companies" are those established 7+ years ago. Eligible industry sectors include advanced manufacturing (health functional foods, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, metal processing, electronics, medical instruments, electrical equipment, machinery, automobiles, transport equipment), R&D services, professional services, software development, and information services. Restricted industries: facilities emitting specific hazardous air/water pollutants, odor-emitting facilities, and hazardous chemical/waste facilities. University employees and their immediate family members cannot apply.
