The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.
Open to pre-founders (not yet incorporated), startups, and SMEs that need prototype production for products under development for commercialization. Excluded: cases that do not align with the announced purpose/content, or cases intended for third-party resale for profit or personal hobbies (e.g., character products).

Access to six types of industrial 3D printers (MJF, SLA (large), SLA (transparent), MJP (small precision), FDM (high-strength), POLYJET (composite materials)) for prototype production. After printing, support structures are removed before delivery. Modeling (design) and post-processing may be available when linked with engineer consultation and 3D printing. Material cost support of 25% (applicant pays 75% of material cost).
