**General Track (R&D):** Up to 2 years; government R&D funding up to KRW 800M (matching). The TIPS operator invests at least KRW 200M (KRW 100M for non-capital-area companies). Total R&D cost consists of government funding (up to 75%) + institutional burden (at least 25%, of which at least 10% must be cash). Linked commercialization/overseas marketing support available later. Access to operator's incubation space, mentoring, and growth programs. **Deep-Tech Track (R&D):** Up to 3 years; government R&D funding up to KRW 1.5B (matching). Requires a follow-up investment of at least KRW 500M after the General Track agreement. Same cost-sharing structure. Access to incubation space, mentoring, and growth programs. **Non-R&D Linked Projects (Commercialization & Overseas Marketing):** Up to 10 months; total project cost up to KRW 300M (government funding up to 70%, startup self-burden at least 30%). Commercialization covers prototype materials, etc.; Overseas Marketing covers marketing costs for global expansion.

Eligibility depends on track. **General Track:** SMEs under 7 years from business start (10 years for new-industry sectors); must receive investment (at least KRW 200M, or KRW 100M for non-capital-area companies) and a recommendation from a TIPS operator; founding team must hold at least 60% equity; TIPS operators' combined equity ≤30%; prior-year revenue under KRW 2B; at least 2 founding members. Pre-founders (not yet incorporated) may apply but must incorporate upon selection. **Deep-Tech Track:** Must have completed the TIPS General Track with a "Complete" judgment; must be in one of the 12 new-industry sectors; must have follow-up investment of at least KRW 500M (non-TIPS-operator investments also recognized); must have introduced a retirement pension plan; revenue under KRW 2B also eligible (no cap). **Non-R&D Linked Projects:** Must have signed a TIPS R&D agreement (any track) by end of 2025; company age under 7 years (10 for new-industry).
