**General Track:** Startups within 7 years of founding (up to 10 years for new-industry sectors under Article 25(4) of the SME Startup Support Act); must receive investment (≥KRW 200M for capital region, ≥KRW 100M for non-capital region) and recommendation from a TIPS operator; at least 2 founders; founders must hold ≥60% of equity, operator's equity ≤30%; prior-year revenue < KRW 20 billion; no prior TIPS R&D participation (General/Deep Tech/Global/Scale-up TIPS). **Deep Tech Track:** Only startups that completed the TIPS General Track with a "Completed" rating; company age ≤7 years (≤10 for new-industry sectors); must have received follow-up investment ≥KRW 500 million (including from non-TIPS investors) after the General Track agreement; mandatory retirement pension plan adoption; prior-year revenue < KRW 20 billion (startups with revenue ≥KRW 20 billion may also apply). **Non-R&D Linked Support:** Startups that signed a TIPS R&D (General/Deep Tech/Global) agreement by 2025; company age ≤7 years (≤10 for new-industry sectors) as of the application deadline; must not have previously received TIPS commercialization/overseas marketing support.

- **General Track (R&D):** Up to KRW 800 million in government R&D matching funds (max. 2 years); the startup must secure at least KRW 200 million investment from a TIPS operator (KRW 100 million for non-capital region). Linked commercialization funding and overseas marketing support are also available. - **Deep Tech Track (R&D):** Up to KRW 1.5 billion in government R&D matching funds (max. 3 years); requires follow-up investment of at least KRW 500 million. Open only to startups that completed the General Track with a "Completed" rating in the 12 new-industry sectors (AI, semiconductors, quantum/security, robotics, mobility, biotech/new drugs, healthcare, content, defense/aerospace/marine, eco-friendly energy/nuclear fusion, sensors/process). - **Non-R&D Linked Support (Commercialization Funding / Overseas Marketing):** Up to KRW 150 million per program (commercialization or overseas marketing), combined total up to KRW 300 million; 10-month agreement period. Available to startups that signed a TIPS R&D agreement by 2025. - **Mentoring, incubation, and global expansion support** from the TIPS operator; mandatory move to a designated incubation space.
