Company age (years since establishment) eligible: pre-founders, and companies under 1, 2, 3, 5, or 7 years. Recruitment scale: 5 rooms total (4 in the factory building, 1 in the office building). Space: min 32.4ใก to max 103.98ใก. Location: 1 Mokhaengsandan 7-ro, Chungju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do.

Provision of company occupancy space and infrastructure: (1) Residency support - rent approximately 70% below market rates; small and medium office spaces tailored to venture/SMEs; factory-type offices for small-scale manufacturers; eco-friendly work space in a Barrier-Free (BF)-certified and zero-energy certified facility. (2) Infrastructure support - free booking of shared meeting rooms and equipment; outdoor garden space for rest and communication; parking space. (3) Other - company networking support and ongoing guidance on support programs. Monthly occupancy costs: factory building rent KRW 3,300/ใก, management fee KRW 3,660/ใก; office building rent KRW 4,600/ใก, management fee KRW 3,660/ใก; network usage fee KRW 33,000 per room; utilities at actual cost.
