Startups or pre-founders with less than 7 years since establishment (as of July 27, 2026). Excludes those already in other incubators, social ventures with noise/vibration/waste issues, or those deemed unsuitable.

• Consent Form for Personal Information Collection and Performance Survey
• Resident Registration Copy or Extract of the Representative
• Seal Certificate (Corporate Seal Certificate for corporations)
• Reference Documents for Evaluation (if applicable)
• Business Registration Certificate (for existing businesses)
• Financial Statements (last 2 years)
• Tax Payment Certificates (national and local)
• Employment Status Documents
• Agreement with Other Incubators (if applicable)
• Presentation Materials (8-minute max)

1. 1Submit the required documents via email (sjnam@ccei.kr) by August 11, 2026, 16:00.
2. 2Undergo document evaluation.
3. 3Participate in the presentation evaluation if shortlisted.
4. 4Receive selection notification.
5. 5Sign the agreement.
6. 6Move in by September 1, 2026.
