Recruitment for Occupancy at Chuncheon City Solo Creative Business Support Center (September)

Free office space, shared facilities (meeting rooms, training rooms), office equipment (fax, copier, printer, scanner), equipment rental (laptops, cameras), commercialization support, tailored consulting (tax, accounting, patents), networking opportunities, marketing support, and access to government funding programs.

Pre-founders (must register as a business within 6 months of occupancy), solo creative businesses (under the Solo Creative Business Promotion Act), or general startups (within 7 years of establishment). Excludes real estate and other excluded industries.

• Resume (with photo)
• Health insurance eligibility confirmation
• Business registration certificate (or resident registration copy for pre-founders)
• Corporate registration copy (for incorporated businesses)
• Proof of sales (if applicable)
• Proof of employment (if applicable)
• Investment contracts (if applicable)
• Intellectual property certificates (if applicable)

1. 1Submit the required documents (application form, business plan, resume, health insurance eligibility confirmation, business registration certificate or resident registration copy for pre-founders) via in-person visit, mail, or email (conebiz@c-onebiz.or.kr).
2. 2Participate in document screening and interview evaluation.
3. 3Receive final selection results via email within 3 days post-evaluation.
4. 4Sign the occupancy agreement starting September 1, 2026.
