Youth aged 19-39 (born between January 3, 1986, and January 2, 2007) residing in Chungcheongnam-do, including pre-founders or existing small business owners (regardless of industry). Consulting benefits are limited to pre-founders planning to start businesses in living-related industries (food, lodging, retail, services, manufacturing) or those who started such businesses after 2026.
