Access to workspace (approx. 36.6㎡), business support (management, marketing, technical assistance), participation in industry-academia programs, meeting/seminar rooms, internet/security services, and paid parking.

Open to pre-founders (must register as a business within 6 months of moving in), existing startups, and those eligible for Chung-Ang University's industry-academia collaboration programs. Preference given to student or faculty startups and businesses located in Geumcheon-gu. Exclusions apply for certain industries (e.g., lodging, finance, real estate).
