Office space for 3 years (renewable annually, up to 2 additional years), discounted rent (3-year exemption for relocating companies), and up to 20,000,000 KRW in remodeling support for selected companies.

Pre-startups or startups within 7 years of establishment. Must be located in Gumi or plan to relocate headquarters to Gumi within 60 days of selection.
