Office space (shared or private), commercialization funding (up to 3 million KRW), mentoring, networking opportunities, and access to shared facilities (e.g., media room, meeting rooms).

Applicants must be aged 19-39, reside in Dongducheon City, and either be pre-founders (able to register a business within 3 months) or incorporated businesses (under 7 years old).
