Applicants must be young (pre-)founders or startups under 3 years old, headquartered in Gwangju, with team members aged 15-39, and operating in one of the 39 strategic fields outlined in the SME Technology Roadmap.

• Supporting documents (intellectual property rights, patent applications, startup education certificates, government support program participation history, awards, etc.)
