The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.
Open to startup companies (창업기업) that wish to collaborate on commercialization with the demand enterprises. At the date of the official announcement (June 16, 2026), the company must have been founded within 7 years (10 years for new-industry sectors).

- Commercialization funding up to KRW 140 million per company for prototype production and technology verification (PoC) through collaboration with demand enterprises - Matching with demand enterprises (large corporations and public institutions) and support for field demonstration and collaboration - Support for developing sales channels linked to large enterprises - Direct participation and evaluation by demand enterprise representatives during the presentation evaluation
