Foreigners are not excluded, but the announcement attaches requirements — residency, a Korean entity, a visa status or a partner. Read the conditions before you spend time on this.
Open to startups and SMEs that wish to pursue commercialization in collaboration with KT. As of the announcement date (June 22, 2026), applicants must be incorporated businesses (corporation) with a company age (years since establishment) of 10 years or less.
