Eligibility varies by track: (1) Pre-Startup Track β pre-founders aged 18β48 and startups headquartered in Gangwon with company age under 1 year. (2) Early Startup Track β incorporated businesses whose main office is in Gangwon with company age 1β3 years. (3) Leap Startup Track β incorporated businesses whose main office is in Gangwon with company age 3β7 years. 2026 selection is already completed; the next round will open in the first half of 2027.

Eligibility: incorporated businesses with a main office in Gangwon, company age 1β3 years. **Leap Startup Track (λμ½μ°½μ μ§μμ¬μ ):** Up to 30 million KRW in commercialization funding, startup education, consulting, specialized programs. Selection of 10 teams. Eligibility: incorporated businesses with a main office in Gangwon, company age 3β7 years. **Common across all tracks:** Systematic startup education, customized company-specific specialized programs, expert mentoring, investment attraction linkages, global expansion and open innovation support.
