Foreigners are not excluded, but the announcement attaches requirements — residency, a Korean entity, a visa status or a partner. Read the conditions before you spend time on this.
Open to early-stage deep-tech startups (corporation or individual business) incorporated within 3 years of the announcement date, i.e., companies whose company age falls between January 6, 2023 and January 5, 2026. The startup must specialize in one of five deep-tech fields: Big Data/AI, Robotics, and three other deep-tech domains. Pre-founders (not yet incorporated) are not eligible.

Average commercialization funding of KRW 130 million (max KRW 150 million) per selected startup, allocated for prototype production, intellectual property acquisition, business model refinement, and marketing. Funding is disbursed within the amount requested by the applicant and may be differentiated based on evaluation results.
