- Office/lab space in the Youngsan University Green Startup Incubation Center (various sizes: 13, 16, 32, 36, 47, 62 pyeong) - Business management support: startup education, 1:1 expert consulting, seminars, networking events, links to government programs and university startup-related departments, and access to Youngsan University's human/material startup infrastructure - Commercialization support: intellectual property filing/registration costs, consulting expenses, startup licensing/permits/legal support, prototype production & testing/analysis costs, promotion & exhibition/trade show expenses

Pre-founders (must register a business within 6 months of moving in) and startups within 7 years of incorporation (must register the business address at the center). Excluded: gambling/accommodation/rental/entertainment/consulting/self-employed and simple service businesses; those with delinquent national or local taxes; those currently restricted from government or related agency programs; and anyone deemed unfit by the review committee.
