The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.
Seoul-based SMEs under the Framework Act on SMEs (Article 2) with headquarters or branch offices in Seoul, or pre-startup founders with a registered address in Seoul. The company's technology or idea must fall under the 38-category climate technology classification system, and products/technologies must have environmental relevance (energy savings, greenhouse gas reduction, etc.). Open to university students, general individuals, research institutions, general companies, and sole proprietors / one-person creative enterprises of all ages (20+).

Free expert mentoring (up to 3 sessions per company) in areas including fundraising, HR/labor, marketing, tax/accounting, patents/legal, green certification/procurement, general management, technology R&D, carbon credits, and overseas expansion/IR. The first session must be held at the center (Seoul), with sessions 2 and 3 possible at the mentee company's site if necessary.
