Recruitment of Tenant Companies for Daegu Dongseong-ro One-Person Creative Enterprise Support Center

- Subsidized office space: single-person (4.1㎡) for KRW 450,000/month (25% subsidized → actual cost to tenant); two-person (7.99㎡) for KRW 650,000/month (25% subsidized → actual cost to tenant) — VAT not included. - Optional project funding support (patents, exhibitions, marketing support, etc.). - Shared facilities: meeting rooms, lounge, seminar rooms (discounted). - Shared office equipment: copier, beam projector, etc. - Expert advisory from professional groups. - Tailored training for one-person creative enterprises. - Management support: legal, accounting, tax, patent services. - Initial residency period of 12 months, extendable by another 12 months upon review.

Open to pre-founders (예비창업자) or one-person creative enterprises (1인 창조기업) who are not enrolled in workplace health insurance. Must be registered as a full member (정회원) on K-Startup. Excluded: persons under debt delinquency restrictions, persons under stay of prosecution, businesses causing environmental pollution (wastewater, noise, vibration, odor), and persons falling under Article 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on Supporting Creation of Small and Medium Enterprises. If disqualifying grounds are discovered after moving in, forced eviction and recovery of support funds apply.
