Foreigners are not excluded, but the announcement attaches requirements โ residency, a Korean entity, a visa status or a partner. Read the conditions before you spend time on this.
Pre-founders (not yet incorporated) or one-person creative enterprises (individual business) who are not enrolled in workplace health insurance. Applicants must have registered as regular members on K-Startup. Excluded: those under debt/default restriction from financial institutions, under a prosecution hold, engaged in pollution-causing business types, or falling under Article 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Small Business Startup Support Act.

- Office space at a subsidized rate (25% of rent supported by the center): 1-person room โฉ450,000/month, 2-person room โฉ650,000/month (VAT excluded). - Optional project expense support (patents, exhibitions, marketing, etc.). - Shared facilities: meeting rooms, lounge, seminar rooms (with discounts). - Shared equipment: copiers, beam projectors, etc. - Expert advisory and customized training for one-person creative enterprises. - Business support: legal, accounting, tax, IP services. - Initial residency term of 12 months (may be extended by 1 year after review).
