Fully funded training, participation allowance (up to 400,000 KRW), transportation support (50,000 KRW/month for 3 months), dedicated career counseling, and portfolio development support.

Unemployed women seeking employment or entrepreneurship in visual design, with preference for those with relevant experience or education. Youth women (under 34) and vulnerable groups receive additional points. Excludes those enrolled in other government-funded vocational training in 2026.
