Selected companies will receive promotional support, financial assistance, R&D opportunities, investment attraction, and workforce development. The program aims to foster high-potential marine and fisheries businesses.

Open to incorporated businesses and individual businesses with high growth potential based on superior technology and average revenue of at least KRW 10 billion over the past 3 years. Companies established within the last 3 years may use their post-establishment average revenue. Exclusions apply (e.g., prior 'Pre-Ocean Star' recipients, companies in bankruptcy, tax delinquents, etc.).
