Must be a company selected for the Early Startup Package (์ด๊ธฐ์ฐฝ์ ํจํค์ง) in 2023~2026 and confirmed as a formal agreement (MOU) company via the managing agency on K-Startup. Excluded: businesses in certain restricted industries (e.g., adult entertainment, gambling), those with unresolved tax delinquencies, or debt defaulters (with certain exceptions for rehabilitation/restructuring).
