Practical startup education (30 hours free), certification, participation in startup competition, commercialization funding (KRW 7M support + KRW 3M self-contribution), follow-up mentoring and networking events.

Pre-founders aged 46-65 (not yet incorporated) wishing to start a business in Boryeong City. Must relocate to Boryeong within 2 months of starting the program. Excludes those selected for similar government-funded programs this year.
