Eligible applicants include pre-founders (who can register a business within six months of moving in), existing startups, those who can participate in Chung-Ang University’s industry-academia-research collaboration programs, university student or faculty startups, and companies located in Geumcheon-gu. Excluded are industries specified in the Enforcement Decree of the Small and Medium Enterprises Startup Support Act, financial institutions with bad transaction records, and businesses causing pollution.
