2026 Gumi City Startup Field 4th Tenant Recruitment Announcement

Tenants will receive startup space for a basic period of 3 years (renewable annually), with the possibility of extension for up to 2 additional years based on evaluation. Monthly rent is KRW 1,426 per square meter, with full rent exemption for 2 years and a 50% reduction for the third year for companies relocating to Gumi. Selected companies in 2026 will receive special support for remodeling costs up to KRW 20,000,000.

Eligible companies include pre-startups or startups established within the last 7 years, with their business address located in Gumi or planning to relocate their headquarters to Gumi within 60 days of selection.
