Employees (practitioners and mid-level managers) of companies involved or planning to be involved in global public procurement and export. Sole proprietors and company representatives may also participate by submitting a certificate of employment issued in their own name. Companies of any age (from under 1 year to under 10 years) are eligible. Applicants must be at least 20 years old. Companies located outside Busan may also apply.
