Ages 20–39. Must hold or be able to issue an Internal Training Card (Na-il-bae-um Card). Open to pre-founders, university students, general public, office workers, small business owners, and solo entrepreneurs. Excluded: founders whose business registration is 3 years or older (including prior closures).
