Open to both incorporated and individual businesses (법인사업자 and 개인사업자). Two tracks: (1) BI (Business Incubation / 창업기업) — companies founded less than 7 years before the announcement date of September 30, 2026; (2) POST-BI (성장기업) — companies founded 7 or more years before that date. The applicant must meet the occupancy qualifications under Article 28-5 of the Industrial Cluster Act and operate in an eligible industry (listed in the announcement; includes advanced manufacturing such as chemicals, electronics, medical devices, electrical equipment, machinery, automobiles, and advanced research/service industries such as publishing, IT, R&D, engineering, education services, etc.). Certain facilities emitting hazardous air/water pollutants, odor, or handling hazardous chemicals are excluded. Applicants must score at least 60 points in the selection evaluation.
