The announcement sets no nationality restriction. You still have to meet every other requirement below, and the agency has the final say.

Open to anyone interested in using AI: university students, pre-founders, general public, local residents, researchers, companies, and one-person creative enterprises. Age 20+ (no upper age limit as both "20–39" and "40+" are listed). Up to 30 participants per round; selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
