Open to anyone aged 20 or older (both 20-39 and 40+), including university students, general public, universities, research institutes, general companies, and one-person creative enterprises. Company age: pre-founder, less than 1 year, less than 2 years, or less than 3 years. Must be someone who truly wants to present and persuade with their business plan. Policy-fund related consultants are excluded.
